Dates announced for panchayat by-elections in four districts
Voting on 12 seats will be held on one day next month.
The state election commission announced by-elections to 12 panchayat seats in Shimla, Mandi, Kangra and Chamba districts.
Nominations open on Monday. Voting will be held on one day, with counting the same evening.
